Thank you for shopping with D & D Designs Unlimited. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Production Time

Most items from D & D Designs Unlimited are custom, handmade, personalized, embroidered, appliqué, DTF, HTV, or made-to-order. Because of this, production time is separate from shipping time.

Production begins after payment is received and all required order details have been provided. This may include personalization, size, color, design selection, logo files, placement details, and any required design approval.

Our standard production time may vary depending on the item, order size, design complexity, supplier availability, and current order volume. Estimated production times are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after the order has been completed and released to the shipping carrier. Shipping time does not include production time.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, shipping method selected, weather, holidays, location, and other carrier-related delays.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be accepted at the discretion of D & D Designs Unlimited and may require an additional rush fee.

Rush fees cover priority production scheduling and do not guarantee faster carrier delivery unless an upgraded shipping method is selected and paid for. Rush fees are non-refundable once the order has been accepted and production has started.

Shipping Locations

At this time, D & D Designs Unlimited ships within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, shipping destination, selected shipping method, and any current shop promotions.

Orders of $35 or more may qualify for free standard shipping when offered through the website. Free shipping applies to eligible orders only and does not include rush fees, upgraded shipping, local delivery fees, or special handling unless otherwise stated.

Carrier Delays

D & D Designs Unlimited is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. This includes delays due to weather, holidays, incorrect routing, staffing issues, missed scans, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please order early if your item is needed by a specific date. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

D & D Designs Unlimited is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping processing has started.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been released to the shipping carrier, D & D Designs Unlimited is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, mailroom, leasing office, or delivery location first.

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, item, and damaged area may be required for review.

Damage caused by the shipping carrier may require a carrier claim before a resolution can be provided.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available when offered by D & D Designs Unlimited. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be picked up within the agreed pickup window unless other arrangements have been made. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order at pickup, including item count, design placement, spelling, colors, and overall workmanship.

Once a local pickup order has been accepted, used, worn, washed, gifted, or distributed, it may no longer be eligible for correction unless there is a confirmed production error by D & D Designs Unlimited.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available on a case-by-case basis and may include an additional delivery fee. Local delivery availability, timing, and fees must be confirmed before the order is completed.

Pre-Orders and Supplier Availability

Some items may require ordering blanks, garments, materials, or supplies from local or online suppliers. Supplier availability may affect production time.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, D & D Designs Unlimited will contact the customer with available options, which may include a substitute color, size, style, store credit, or refund for the unavailable item.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order includes multiple items, all items may ship together once the full order is complete unless otherwise arranged. Orders with custom items, bulk items, or specialty items may require additional production time.
