Thank you for shopping with D & D Designs Unlimited. Because many of our products are custom, personalized, handmade, embroidered, appliqué, DTF, HTV, or made-to-order, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

All Custom and Made-to-Order Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on custom, personalized, embroidered, appliqué, DTF, HTV, or made-to-order items once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to, items with names, dates, business logos, monograms, custom wording, custom colors, specialty designs, selected garment colors, selected sizes, or any other customer-requested details.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or changed before production begins. Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, digitizing has been completed, transfers have been created, or production has started, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or changes.

If a cancellation is approved before production begins, any design fees, digitizing fees, processing fees, materials already purchased, or work already completed may be deducted from the refund amount.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout. This includes spelling, names, dates, sizes, garment colors, design colors, personalization, placement, quantity, shipping address, and any special instructions.

D & D Designs Unlimited is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for incorrect spelling, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, wrong shipping address, change of mind, or failure to read the product description.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before ordering. Sizing may vary by brand, garment style, manufacturer, and fit preference.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect size selection. For best results, we recommend comparing the size chart to a similar garment you already own.

Handmade and Production Variation

Because our products are handmade and decorated individually, slight variations may occur. These may include minor differences in design placement, thread appearance, fabric texture, appliqué pattern placement, color tone, embroidery texture, or overall finish.

These natural variations are part of the handmade production process and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items or Production Errors

If your item arrives damaged or there is a confirmed production error by D & D Designs Unlimited, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery or pickup.

To review the issue, we may require clear photos of the item, packaging, design, and any affected area. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

If the issue is confirmed to be our production error, we will determine the best resolution, which may include a correction, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Customer-Provided Garments or Items

If a customer provides their own garment or item for decoration, the customer understands that embroidery, appliqué, heat pressing, hooping, stitching, and other production methods involve risk.

D & D Designs Unlimited will handle customer-provided items with care. However, we are not responsible for sizing issues, manufacturer defects, fabric flaws, dye issues, shrinkage, stretching, heat sensitivity, seam construction, or how the item reacts during decoration.

Replacement of customer-provided garments is not included unless damage is determined to be caused directly by a production error by D & D Designs Unlimited.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been given to the shipping carrier, D & D Designs Unlimited is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, holiday delays, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If there is a shipping issue, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Refunds will not be issued for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Local Pickup Orders

For local pickup orders, customers are responsible for reviewing their order at pickup. Once the order has been accepted, used, worn, washed, gifted, or distributed, it may no longer be eligible for correction unless there is a confirmed production error.

Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with the item or listed in the product description. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, dry cleaning, excessive heat, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a production defect.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges, rush fees, design fees, digitizing fees, and processing fees may be non-refundable.
